Step One

Getting to Know Our Couples

The most important first step in working with our couples is to find out who they are, what's their unique style, and determine what is the overall look they would like to achieve for their big day. We do this by sending you our online questionnaire. Our questionnaire collects all the important details we need to know about your wedding florals. This allows us to have an understanding of exactly what you like and what you will be needing so we can prepare a custom estimate based on your unique needs.

Step Two

Let's Chat!

We will coordinate a time to chat about your vision. This gives us a chance to go over all the fine details and get into the specifics of color palettes, centerpieces, vases and all the good stuff! Based on all the information we discussed a custom proposal will be created for you to review. You can reach out to us with any questions or changes, we are here to help!

Step Three

Reserve Your Date

In order to reserve your date all we need is an accepted proposal, signed contract and a 25% non refundable deposit. Not to worry, all this can be done online + we make that process easy! Our online system has already created a file for you when you filled out our questionnaire, and now that we are established you will receive your own personalized client web page. This is a link you can keep and refer back to whenever you need to look at any of your important documents. This page will have all your questionnaire answers, proposals, contract + invoices all in one place. 

Step Four

Conceptualization

Leave the work to us! We have taken into consideration all your ideas, thoughts, dreams + vision and thoughtfully put together a concept and plan of action for your wedding florals. We want our clients to feel secure in knowing that we will create a floral look that is authentic to each couple's style and needs. We are great at listening and we take all the information we learn about our couples and translate that into floral decor that highlights the uniqueness of each couple and all the intricate details that reflect their personal story and the natural beauty of their venue.

Step Five

Details - Check In

Your big day is nearing and we have been keeping in touch as you've made your final decisions throughout the planning process. Plans change + evolve throughout the course of time during your engagement and we are here to adapt with you. Six weeks before your big day we will touch base and make sure that we have your final counts on everything and we confirm delivery details and final timelines either with you or your planner/venue coordinator.

Step Six

The Big Day Has Arrived!

It's here! It's finally here! and we are just as excited as your are to deliver your swoon worthy florals! Our design team has been excitedly planning for this day and we know exactly what to do! We will hand deliver your bouquets + personals to your getting ready site and then head over to the venue to work our flower magic! We can't wait to see all of our planning come to life!
